Jessica Meyers is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation & Arbitration and Brand & Reputation Management Groups. Her current practice focuses on defamation suits and lawsuits that implicate sensitive matters and demand an optics-oriented approach throughout the litigation. She also has experience litigating contract disputes, business-related torts, bankruptcy claims and defending businesses and individuals in the cryptocurrency space. Jessica has successfully tried multiple cases and is adept at utilizing procedural and evidentiary mechanism to poise a case for successful resolution at any stage of litigation.
Jessica is also committed to pro bono work. She has successfully represented a minor seeking legal status in the United States, drafted an amicus brief relating to voting rights, represented a non-profit organization in responding to third-party subpoenas, and assisted individuals in sealing Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information.
